PURCHASE, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Needaworkoutplan.com appreciates your business and confidence in us. We understand that sometimes things happen and changes may need to be made. We want to help you understand how everything works and if you still have questions about your purchase, please feel free to contact us at 720 418-9120.

All purchases can be made through our website at needaworkoutplan.com. We accept paypal and all major credit cards via paypal. When purchasing the smart or basic plan, we will have your plan ready and in your email within 72 hours of your completed payment and your pre plan questions being completed and submitted to us. When purchasing the “ask a trainer” plan, you’re able to immediately begin using this service once payment is received. Allow 24 hours after payment is received for your number to be added to the text message list. The “ask a trainer” plan is not an ongoing subscription. However, up to 6 months can be purchased at a time.  All personal training sessions purchased must be scheduled and serviced within 1 year of the purchase date. Any personal training packages that have a payment plan option, sessions are only available up to the amount that has been paid. You cannot be serviced sessions ahead of your payments.

The smart and basic plans can only be cancelled before they are received by the customer. Your plan is custom designed for you and once it has been created and sent to you, there is no cancellation or refund for this service. The “ask a trainer” plan is an immediate service rendered and therefore has no cancellation or refund availability. Single purchase sessions can be rescheduled. We encourage a 24hour notice when rescheduling. Single purchase session cancellation fee is 20% if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the session, otherwise it is 100% refund. Multiple and package session cancellation is a 20% fee of the remaining amount of unused sessions. Refunds will be refunded back to the initial credit card used within 3 to 5 business days,
